Tropical Depression "PEPENG" continues to traverse Northern Luzon.
Location of Center: (as of 10:00 p.m.) in the vicinity of Mountain Province
Coordinates: 17.1°N, 121.2°E
Strength: Maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near center
Movement: Forecast to move West slowly

- Friday evening: 70 km South Southwest of Vigan City or 80 km Northwest of Baguio City
- Saturday evening: 210 km West Southwest of Vigan City or 220 km West Northwest of Baguio City
- Sunday evening: 430 km West Southwest of Vigan or 440 km West Northwest of Baguio City
