Maguindanao Massacre is Crime Against Humanity

Maguindanao is under Martial Law as declared by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. Is is justified or not remains to be the issue to be resolved. However, what is evident is that the massacre on November 23, 2009 at Ampatuan town in Maguindanao was a crime against humanity.

The photo at the right (apologize for the GRAPHIC CONTENT) is just one of the many photos that depicts the barbaric act of those who committed the crime. This came about as proud Pinoy heroes like Efren Penaflorida and Manny Pacquioa gave the country glory.

What were the persons who committed this thinking? Are they still human beings or are they demons in human form?

The photos contained in the PHOTO ALBUM OF GEM VICENCIO ON MAGUINDANAO MASSACRE was gruesome and will definitely deliver shivers and anger into the spine of everyone. Is this an act committed by just one group or was in a well orchestrated show?

62 persons had been arrested so far and key members of the Ampatuan Clan will be charges with rebellion... note REBELLION and NOT MURDER. They can be pardoned and bailed out unlike being incarcerated for a lifetime or if I will be the one deciding THE PERPETRATORS OF THE MAGUINDANAO MASSACRE SHOULD BE PUT IN THE DEATH ROW.

It is sad that they call themselves Muslims when they should never have been called as such. It is also sad that fellow Muslims inflict this on their fellow Muslims.

The government of the Philippines says they are doing all they can and will find the root of the massacre but as time lapses it seems justice is still far from being served.
