IX Baikal International Festival: People and environment
The IX Baikal International Festival of documentary, popular-science and educational films "People and environment" will be held in Irkutsk on the shores of the Lake Baikal, from 12 to 18 September 2010.
Everyone is invited to participate in this festival, unique for its atmosphere of unity with nature.
Participants in the contest can be both public and private studios, TV companies, independent producers, creative groups and independent copyright holders provided by the films.
For the participation in the contest they accept documentaries, popular science and educational films no longer than 60 minutes from different countries that were created in the last three calendar years. The contest is open to the films already presented at other festivals.
The programs of the festival:
Directorate of the Festival provides participants (one representative for each film, included in the contest program), accommodation and meals. Transportation costs are compensated within available funds of the festival.
Applications are accepted until May 31, 2010!
