Details of Melody Gersbach, 2009 Bb. Pilipinas Universe Car Accident

It was reported that Gersbach was on her way to attend a pre-pageant event for Miss Bicolandia in connection with the coming celebration of the Peñafrancia Festival in Naga City next month. She left her house at around 9:00am and went to the said event via her Toyota Innova.
While cruising the highway in Bula, Camarines Sur, Gersbach Toyota Innova was rammed by a Guevarra Bus Line passenger bus driven by Wilson Pontillas.
The two other confirmed casualties together with Melody Gersbach were identified as Dodong Ramos, the driver, and Alden Orense, couturier of the beauty titlist. Fashion desginer Ronald Lita survived the accident and is currently in critical condition at the Bicol Medical Center.
The wake for Melody Gersbach will be at Lignon Funeral Homes in Legazpi City.
