Korina Sanchez and Noli de Castro joins TV Patrol starting Nov 8
It is official ABS-CBNnews.com confirms the news that former vice president and veteran news broadcaster Noli de Castro and Korina Sancez who took a leave during the 2010 election will be returning to TV Patrol beginning November 8. They will be joining Ted Failon who was their fellow anchors in TV Patrol then.
Before the said confirmation of the two veteran news anchors, there were several rumors circulating in all social networks like twitter. Most of twitter posts shows excitement of the return of Sanchez and de Castro in the said evening news program in ABS-CBN where they use KabayanTVP and KorinaTVP as hashtags.
As for Karen Davilla and Julius Babao where were the present anchors of TV Patrol with Failon will be transferred to the late night news Bandila with Ces Drilon. As of now there is no advice yet on where Henry Omaga-Diaz Ces co-anchor in Bandila will be transferred. No reports yet if the said adjustment is part of the final plans of the out going ABS-CBN News and Current Affairs head Maria Ressa who will be leaving on November 15 or part of the incoming ANC Head and part of the ABS-CBN North America News Bureau Ging Reyes who will immediately assumes Ressa’s post.
