Security Guards Shows Service Excellence at SM City Marilao
SM CITY MARILAO. Honesty and integrity, were the qualities exemplified by the two security personnel of SM City Marilao last January 7, 2012, when they returned P30,000 worth of cash and other valuables to a mall patron.
While doing security rounds, SG Melvin Jamandre and SG Alfie Francisco found a La Tour Eiffel Paris leather purse along the mall’s parking lot. The recovered item was immediately brought to the mall’s Customer Relations Office for report and inspection.
That evening, after frantically searching and retracing her steps, Ms. Priscilla Enriquez of barangay Sulucan in Bocaue, Bulacan reported and claimed she lost her purse along the parking lot. An inventory of the items inside the purse was conducted to verify Enriquez’ ownership and to make sure nothing was taken from it.
After verification, the purse was returned to the owner along with other valuables such as cellphone and credit cards. The owner was very grateful to have the money returned and recognized Jamandre and Francisco’s remarkable commitment and dedication to service excellence.
